Your Role

1.Leading samples and trial lots

  1). Import new product process from technical center and finish APQP(advanced product quality planning)

  2).Make samples which meet Bekaert specification or customer requirements.

  3). Lead to prepare and make the trial lots in time.

  4). Cooperate with sales people/technical service people for samples/tial lots approval by customers.

2.Process monitoring and improvement

  1). Build robust process by making and following up samples, trial lots and mass production.

  2). Build FMEA (failure mode of effects analysis ), PCP (Process control plan) and process maintenance requency and SOP (standard operation procedure).

  3). Continously improve process to increase machine efficiency, increase process flexilbility ,improve quality and decrease cost.

  4). Support production to quickly solve the process problems

3.Leading/joining projects

  1). Lead projects to continously improve product quality, process flexilbility, cost and efficiency.

  2). Join the projects led by others actively.

  3). Cooperate with technical center to roll out the projects in plant.

4.Problem solving

  1). Analyze the root cause of problem and take actions in time to solve the problems fed back from production, from customer.

  2). Technical support, deal with customer complaint in time.

5.Training

  1). Train process to other department or technicians to improve their abilities.

  2). Join the training courses hold by company actively to improve the ability of your own.

  3). Build training document and train relative person.

6.EHS(environmental&safety&healthy) and Security

  1).Take the ownership of safety, occupational health and compliance of environmental & security policies, for him/her-self and his/her subordinates.

  2).Keep key process information/process parts confidential

Your Profile

1.Master degree or above majored in science and engineering, such as Materials , Metallurgical, Mechanical engineering, or related

2.Good English both in oral and writing

3.Good organization and communication skills

4.Good self-management and development abilities

5.Good abilities of problem analysis and solving
